Welcome to Trinity Living Care
Trinity Living Care is the home-support division of El Roi Ltd. We offer warm, reliable, high-quality companionship and practical daily-living support to individuals in their own homes.
Our focus is on helping people feel safe, settled, valued, and connected — without providing any regulated personal care. This allows families to receive meaningful support while we prepare for full CQC registration in the near future.
We believe in creating a service where people feel seen, heard, and supported — a service built on warmth, connection, and trust.

Important Compliance Statement
Trinity Living Care does not currently provide personal care and is not yet CQC registered. We offer non-regulated services only, such as companionship and practical assistance. We are preparing for CQC registration for the regulated activity "Personal Care."

Companionship Support

Domestic & Practical Support

  • Organising and maintaining a comfortable home environment
  • Running errands and shopping
  • Administrative help such as posting letters or managing simple tasks
Additional Support We Provide
Wellbeing Check-Ins
  • Short visits to ensure the client is safe and well
  • Warm welfare and comfort calls
  • Observational wellness updates for families (without clinical assessment)
Community Access Support
  • Assisted access to social activities
  • Support with reconnecting to the community
  • Encouragement of independence and confidence
What We Do Not Provide
To remain fully compliant, we do not provide the following services. These will only be offered after our CQC registration is complete:
Personal Care Services
  • Personal care
  • Dressing/undressing
  • Toileting or continence care
  • Bathing or showering
Clinical & Medical Tasks
  • Medication administration or prompting
  • Manual handling
  • Any regulated health-related tasks
